you did okay. no offense meant on the bobby rydell comment. it's just that he was so WAY before your time and I know a lot of artists are of course, but he was somewhat obscure as a teen idol. loved your "michael bolton" commentary. did you know that bolton was a rocker to begin with, complete with ross geller leather pants? he almost didn't make it then laura branigan and cher both had sappy hits with his songs and rescued him and the rest is history, bad history, but not as bad as Diamond or Manilow.

i SO loathed "Playground" just as i loathe almost any novelty record. and it seemed like when it was popular, they were rotating it with "Precious & Few" and some other losers. beck loathes the cutting crew and i can't blame her. they WERE pretty lame...
